September 2018 — Aceso® Interactive, an innovation leader in integrated patient engagement technology and digital solutions, has begun implementing digital signage displays and interactive kiosks at two of its largest outpatient facilities: MGH North Shore Centers for Outpatient Care in Danvers and MGH in Waltham, MA. The Aceso implementation is an enterprise digital solution enabling MGH to strategically publish relevant content to a wide range of “endpoints” at both locations.
Automated physician directories and interactive touchscreen wayfinding will assist visitors in finding their destination and locating service providers in a timely fashion. Internal messaging for promotions, events and announcements, as well as MGH marketing content will be featured on digital displays. Both the physician directories and digital displays are completely automated, allowing for instant updates to the information anytime, from anywhere, through the Aceso cloud-based utility.
