A Personalized Experience from Day One

As soon as the patient is admitted, the room display is set up. There’s no app to download, no account/login to create. The screen shows content relevant to your care, your unit, and your situation. If you’re in a specialty unit like mother/baby, your experience reflects that.

The Basics: Entertainment, Education, Meal Ordering, Satisfaction Surveys, Requests and more.

Patients can watch movies or TV (live channels through the integrated electronic programming guide), control volume and dimming, and access digital content from the Patient Sphere.

Menu access and meal ordering is automated, and basic requests can be communicated, along with survey responses. The patient is in control via the pillow speaker/remote — or  voice control can be enabled if that’s more appropriate.

If mobility is a challenge, Sphere supports adaptive devices so there are options beyond the standard remote. The mobile app also lets you control things from your phone if you prefer.

Staying Connected

Aceso Patient Sphere makes it easy for family and caregivers to connect with you virtually — and for your care team to check in via video without always having to come to the room. When someone calls, you’ll see it on screen and can accept or decline the call.

The virtual care capability gives your clinical team the ability to see you and talk with you as if they were in the room. They can even adjust what’s shown on screen during the call to share information with you in real time.
