Aceso™ Interactive has completed the installation of its Hospital TV Network, (“HTV”), at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, in Wheaton IL following execution of a corporate agreement with Marianjoy’s parent company, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.

This network of digital displays is comprised of 3 multi-panel video walls that enable patients and visitors to experience relevant and timely content in common areas within the facility. Giving Patients a Voice with UpCare™

Aceso successfully integrated its interactive patient care solution, UpCare to Vocera’s Clinical Communication System at Kaiser Permanente’s Westside Medical Center. Patients now have the ability to electronically send real time feedback to clinicians responsible for their care. UpCare provides a full suite of patient-centric services, enabling patients to better manage their health.

Leadership at Westside Medical Center wanted to get a true, unbiased sense of how their patients felt about their care experience. They created an interactive survey for patients, utilizing the UpCare system. Aceso’s enterprise patient-centric platform captures the patients’ responses and intelligently routes the data to Vocera’s Clinical Communication System, where clinicians responsible for each particular patient are notified of unsatisfactory data, and can respond in a timely fashion. Westside Medical Center’s leadership is tracking patient experience and HCAHPS related information with hopes the data derived from Aceso’s system will drive system-wide improvements, which will ultimately improve patient satisfaction.

The Navy Yard was formerly one of the oldest shipbuilding facilities in the United States Navy and is now a National Historical Park and remains in operation to support the USS Constitution and theUSS Cassin Young. Aceso has also completed arrangements to relocate their Agawam, MA, facility to Wilbraham, MA and will occupy increased space at 2002 Boston Road for a new Patient Engagement and Innovation Center. The commitment to a larger facility will allow for additional research and development as well as affording Aceso technical specialists the opportunity to innovate and test new digital interactive healthcare products; while certifying existing technology solutions. Relocation to both facilities was necessary to accommodate Aceso’s continued growth.
