Bill Fiedler, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Bill brings over 30 years of executive level management experience in technology companies, most recently as Senior Vice President for SeaChange International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAC) where he served for approximately eight years as CFO and head of SeaChange’s manufacturing assembly operations. Prior to that, Bill was a co-founder of MatrixOne in 1995, a start-up software company that developed engineering collaboration software for mechanical engineers using object-oriented technology. The Company went public in 2000 and was purchased by Dassault Aerospace in 2005. Bill served as CFO, and also managed all software production as well as the Company’s distribution networks in Japan and Korea.
With over 40 years of experience, John Pollack provides seasoned knowledge as a successful entrepreneur and business executive. Mr. Pollack was a co-founder and COO of Andy-Johns Fashions, a very successful New York based manufacturing and importing company which was acquired by Biscayne Apparel Inc. In addition to serving as President and CEO of Biscayne, Mr. Pollack has held numerous other executive and consulting positions with the Phar-Shar Manufacturing Co. and J. Percy for Marvin Richards, Ltd. Mr. Pollack has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures and currently acts as a consultant to the founder of Mica Creek Partners, LLC, a private investment firm.
Steve Spear (DBA MS MS) is principal of the High Velocity Edge, LLC, which provides advisory services and which has developed the See to Solve Real Time Alert System, software that enables accelerated problem solving, particularly with distributed workforces. He is a Senior Lecturer in MIT’s management and engineering schools, where he teaches and advises graduate theses in the Leaders for Global Operations and executive education programs. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, taught at Harvard Business School, and worked at the University of Tokyo, the Long Term Credit Bank, and Prudential Bache. He also serves on the board of the Greater Boston Manufacturing Partnership, Enlighten-Software, and Aceso. Spear graduated from Harvard (doctorate), MIT (masters in engineering and in management), and Princeton (Bachelors, with an economics major).
